The action takes place in the forest, Menhir, a place full of mysteries, stone obelisks, abandoned temples and other similar climatic site. You play as one of the druids, the guardians of the forest, after death, able to reincarnate and return to their bodies. However, our main character was in an unusual position – after the revival, he apparently lost his memory and does not know who he is or under what circumstances he died. The hero is accompanied by a strange feeling that the whole country will soon be destroyed.
Druidstone The Secret of the Menhir Forest on the PC platform is an isometric RPG designed to be played alone. Players explore climatic places, trying to unravel the mystery of the forest and learn their past. The game world, however, is full of dangers, so we often have to fight with smaller and larger opponents. Collisions occur in a step-by-step system. Tactical struggle is to use available resources, skills and spells.
Most of these elements we get and develop during adventures. The fun, however, hinders the elements of roguelike, which means that after death we start the adventure again – our druid comes back to life again. Each reincarnation still entails consequences in the form of some changes in the world and the attitude of some independent heroes to us.
