The game takes place in the distant future. Cygnus Enterprises is a galactic corporation that specializes in colonizing the far reaches of space. When the company loses contact with the base located on the planet Mytilus, the player character is sent to the site in order to restore the operation of the facility. On the spot, he discovers only ruins and very aggressive local fauna.
At Cygnus Enterprises, we observe events from a bird’s eye view. During the game, the player travels through locations full of monsters and fights them with the help of an extensive arsenal. Clashes are based on the solutions of the action RPG genre. The system of skirmishes is highly skillful, but the outcome of battles is also greatly influenced by the degree of development of our character made within the six skill trees.
During such expeditions, we collect raw materials, which we then use to repair the base, and then improve its buildings and new structures. All this allows us to gain access to ever better equipment and weapons.
When the base reaches the proper level, new colonists will begin to arrive. The management of the colony was carried out in the style known from economic strategies. The player must take care of meeting the needs of the inhabitants, encourage new arrivals to the planet and organize the economic life of the facility.
