The Crew Motorfest is the informal third installment of the Crew, an open – world racing game series run by Ubisoft and its Ivory Tower studio (founded by former employees of Eden Games, best known for creating Test Drive Unlimited). This part was designed as a more direct rival to the Forza Horizon series, so it is slightly different in character and scale from the ” one “and” two ” and has no numbering in the title.

Unlike the previous two games, which included the reconstruction of almost the entire “continental” territory of the United States, The Crew Motorfest was set on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The developers have recreated it in scale, i.e. in some reduction, but with the preservation of the most important attractions, such as the city of Honolulu or volcanic mountain ranges.
The mainstay of the game is the title celebration of motoring. As part of it, we take part in a variety of competitions or thematic events – with races at the forefront – using hundreds of machines. The Crew Motorfest was created using the engine that powered the previous installments of the series. Since the game was released on consoles and the eighth and ninth generation, there was no clear jump in the level of graphics relative to The Crew 2. However, there has been a qualitative change in the design of the world – given the smaller scale of the island of Oahu compared to the” continental ” USA, the creators have put more emphasis on preparing more diverse biomes and filling the world with unique, hand-developed locations.
