Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition is released for PC, Switch, etc. a refreshed edition of the classic hack’n’slash Titan Quest along with the official Immortal Throne add-on. The original production was released in 2006 and, along with titles such as Sacred, was considered one of the most successful “devil-like” games. Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Download is set in ancient times and is based on the mythology of Greece, Egypt, Babylon and China. Many years after the Titans were defeated and imprisoned by the gods, they manage to escape from prison, and with them on Earth there are hordes of various monsters, sowing fear and destruction. In the game we play as one of the heroes who, at the request of the gods, undertake a journey through the ancient world in order to find a way to recapture the Titans.

Immortal Throne expands the story of the base game with a new story campaign in which our protagonist travels through the dark and sinister underworld of Hades, taking on the greatest villains of Greek mythology.

According to the assurances of the creators, in comparison with the original version of the game from 2006, the refreshed Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Download contains roughly more than 1000 changes. In terms of mechanics, the most important of them are, above all, a much better balance of individual classes, abilities, weapons and items, improved artificial intelligence of opponents and comrades, a larger capacity of equipment or improved loot collection. In addition, the game has a whole lot of new opponents and bosses, as well as a lot of minor fixes, which are the result of almost a decade of cooperation between the creators and the community of players.

In terms of visuals released on the PC platform, Switch etc. Titan Quest does not introduce a bigger revolution than the original. The authors only increased the range of available screen resolutions and slightly tweaked the quality of textures. Nevertheless, the graphic layer has stood the test of time well. Among other changes on the technical ground, it is worth mentioning first of all the improvement of performance and stability of the game.
